AkaoGame No. 4 in my 100 phone games project is "The Legendary Sword" (伝説の剣). You're a tiny hero trying to pull a legendary sword out of the stone in a ruin deep in the forest.

OnagaA legendary sword? That's the kind only the chosen one can pull out, right?

AkaoRight. And I made it so hard that maybe one person on Earth can do it. In 25 seconds there are three trials, and you get through all of them by tapping as hard as you can.

OnagaA tapping contest, huh. My fingers are pretty quick, y'know?

AkaoThe sword keeps sinking back into the stone, and the higher it rises, the harder it sinks. In the last trial you can use as many fingers as you like, and you just have to keep tapping.

OnagaAs many fingers as I like? Then it's both hands, all in.

AkaoEven if it won't come out, you get a title from Villager to Legendary Hero for how high you got, and your best height goes on the all-time and weekly rankings.

ABOUT THIS GAME
  • Three trials, all outLeft-right, pull-up, all-out tapping. In 25 seconds you power through three trials that each ask for a different kind of input, with no time to rest
  • Use as many fingers as you likeThe sword keeps sinking back into the stone, and the higher it rises the harder it sinks. In the final tapping trial, every finger you tap with counts
  • Titles and a rankingEven if it won't come out, how high you got earns you a title, from Villager up to Legendary Hero. Your best height goes on the all-time and weekly rankings
How to Play
First trial, "Left-Right"tap the left and right sides of the screen in turn (tapping the same side twice does not count)
Second trial, "Pull-Up"rub the screen from bottom to top (each rub counts once)
Third trial, "All-Out Tapping"tap anywhere on the screen as fast as you can, with as many fingers as you like
Mutethe button at the top right
PCclick and drag with the mouse (click the left and right of the screen for Left-Right, drag from bottom to top for Pull-Up)

Play holding your phone upright. On a PC, play with the mouse.

Notes

When you join the ranking, the name you enter (up to 8 characters) and your best height are sent to this site's server and shown to other players. Please don't use your real name. You can change the name later. Your best record is saved in your device's browser.

The game's text is in Japanese. Switching to another app pauses the game; tap to resume.
