OnagaHunting criminals from the air, huh. But how do I tell them apart from people who are just walking around?
AkaoThere are 30 kinds of crime, from shoplifting to graffiti. Some innocent people move in confusing ways too, so the trick is to watch carefully.
OnagaSo I can't just report someone because they look shady.
AkaoRight. Arrest the wrong person and you lose time, and if it happens three times, you're the one who ends up on trial.
